今天来说说吃，一小段关于法国的汤。
千万别把将法文的“la soupe”、 “le potage”和“le consommé”混为一谈，否则你就太农民了。法语里“la soupe”过去指泡在牛奶或汤里的面包片，现在多指普通的汤菜，如鱼汤、洋葱汤、南瓜汤等。la soupe
“le potage”多指正餐开始前上的浓汤。le potage
“le consommé”则专指清炖肉汤。le consomme举行家宴时，多喝浓汤，正规宴席上则多为清炖肉汤，而且盛在带把子的杯子里喝。
