They charge .75 per each minute of your recording, and you can send them the RSS feed or upload an MP3 or WAV file. They charge .45 per minute if you set up a subscription so that each time you publish a new podcast to your RSS feed, they transcribe it. It takes them 2-5 days to get the transcript back to me.
